Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Sahaja Yoga is spontaneous, dynamic, spiritual and works on many different levels on a human being and collective consciousness. Personally, it has been a constant dynamic force that exposed several aspects within myself, both from a practical external stand point as well as higher spiritual awareness. Every day is a new day, a new experience which promotes transformation of all kinds.

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi has allowed us to understand existence of God Almighty through a seemingly effortless way called vibrations. Vibrations are Divine Love – being able to feel vibrations on your finger tips as well as on top of your head (for most people) is the first indication that something exists which is completely within us, yet we are not as sensitive to its existence. Secondly, I can ask any questions – like does God exist – and we get an answer on our finger tips!
Essentially, this is the true “Yoga”, the union with God, that we are all seeking, but try to do yoga asanas for physical well-being, then go about our daily prayers, still feeling incomplete.

Coming to the conclusion that vibrations are the subtlest expression of Divine Love was easy – it is a genuine tangible feeling physically on the hands and top of the head, in addition to the effortlessness and state of absolute joy – like a feeling of being in a sea shore and looking at the rising sun, without being there or like a child being in the presence of their Mother.
